Your email address is created automatically with your account, for you to forward invoices. It's unique and will not change unless you do it yourself from your profile settings.

This address will allow you to easily set up a rule in Outlook to automatically forward your invoices from your personal email. Here's how to do it:

  1. Open Outlook (for MAC) and click the Home tab.

  2. Click Rules (located near the center).

  3. Select Create Rules from the drop-down menu

4. Once Create Rule is selected, a window will populate to add the new rule.

The name for the rule will be automatically filled but it can be changed to anything you would like. Moving down to the conditions section select who will be sending the email under "From" and later enter under "Do the Following" the email to forward the invoice to, which will be the email.

There are more conditions that can be added by clicking on the + sign on the right.

Select OK when you are done and make sure the Enabled checkbox to the left is selected so the Rule works.
